ZJZ-400Grab Type Automatic Packing Line

ZY-PM-400 grab full-automatic packing line is a full-automatic packing equipment specially developed for automatic packing of wet wipes. lt can be connected with wet towel packaging machine and Capping Machine to realize full-automatic unmanned packaging operation. The equipment is stable and the production efficiency can be improved. lt can reach 1-15boxes/min, and its performance has reached the international advanced level. lt has box shortage detection and production function at each station. Incoming material detection, stacking overload protection, carton position detection, etc, so as to realize the whole process monitoring and whole process scalability of product production Control. The packing line can realize unpacking-packing-sealing-in box detection-suitable for large-scale production of pharmaceutical and daily chemical products.

PERFORMANCE AND FEATURES

1.The whole machine integrates automatic unpacking, packing and sealing,with small volume and high degree of automation.
2.The alloy frame of the whole machine is matched with plexiglass shield,balcony design, open station, convenient maintenance, beautiful and generous, which fully meets the reguirements of GMP.
3. France Schneider high-end PLC control system is equipped with three servo motors.
4.Double servo manipulator cooperates with imported slide rail.
5. Each station is accurate and in place, with photoelectric detection,fault alarm and materia protection.
6. Material bin inspection, delivery inspection and tape inspection to ensure that the finished products are qualified.
7. Self locking wrench, rocker and hand wheel are used for changing specifications and station adiustment, with fast exchange and strong universality.
